Seen the Audi A6 on auto trader decided to call Alan very professional answered all questions honestly and was very genuine. Agreed a viewing popped down car as as described few little bits as expected with a old car but he was a real top bloke new tyres would of been needed in 1 month or so but he happily got them changed for me there and then. Very down to earth guy hard to find with many car dealers these days. 5 star from me

I recently bought a car from Alan at Magnificent Motors, and I can truthfully say he has named the company very well, because the experience was magnificent. Alan is that rare breed of car salesman, someone who is fair, honest, and trustworthy. He gave me a very fair deal on the part exchange of my van, more than what I told him I had been offered by someone else (which I had already told him, and he could have offered the same, but he chose to up the value a bit - which was great of him).
When he was looking over the car I was buying, he spotted a couple of faults that he hadn't known about before, and he immediately discounted the price of the car, allowing me room to fix the issues (these were trivial things). So the next time I'm buying a car, there's only one place I'm going because I know Alan will look after me. Buying a second hand car is always traumatic (read reviews about people driving half a mile from the dealer and having issues but the dealer won't return their call) - Alan is different - he cares about his customers and that makes him truly special. Thanks, Alan, I really appreciate you.

Bought a lovely first car from Alan for my daughter who had recently passed her test. What a lovely buying experience it was. Alan is honest with none of the usual car salesmanship that we all dread. He went the extra mile to ensure the car was in tip top shape both mechanically and aesthetically and my daughter was absolutely chuffed to bits when Alan even delivered it to our house with no charge. What can I say other than it was a fantastic experience, I would definitely purchase from him again and have already passed his details to other people I know.

Went to 3 different dealers to view 3 similar cars and of similar age and price. The difference in the experiences was amazing. At Magnificent Motors there was no hard sell. Alan provided details of what work had been done on the car (servicing etc) and what was going to be done prior to the MOT (tyres etc). A couple of days later all had been done as promised. It was an easy straightforward transaction and for a very fair price. Alan is a really impressive fair and honest guy. I can not recommend him highly enough and would use him again without hesitation.

What you'll get from Alan is a genuine car from a genuine bloke. Could go on, but that's the nuts and bolts of things. He'll do his best to give you the car you want.

Wouldn't normally buy from a dealer but, Alan seems very genuine. He insisted on putting the car through an mot so that the car was perfect. Very very fair person and certainly gives the impression that he cares about what he sells and looks to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase. If I'm ever to buy from a dealer again, even though he's not local to me, it will be the first place I check!

When we buy a used car, experience has taught that we might expect a few small problems, there might be a few adjustments to be made and sometimes the customers expectations of the car exceed the reality.

The car I bought from Magnificent Motors was and is a beautiful thing.

The bodywork pristine, the engine sweet, everything I wanted and more.

However; on the very last day of the Warranty provided by Magnificent Motors to my dismay a warning light appeared on the dashboard.

Frankly under those circumstances my expectation was that I would have some problems getting this car repaired without personal cost. NOT SO !

The owner of the company 'Alan' took the matter in hand, had the car collected and the repairs made. I had paid a fair price for this car and I was dealt with in the fairest of manners.

In the end there can be no doubt that the repairs took every penny of any profit this company might have made by returning this vehicle to me in good order.

Our dealings were always good humored with my position fully understood and with me fully understanding theirs.

Magnificent Motors Middlesborough are an honest firm who take a level headed approach to business and their reputation even when that honesty proves financially detrimental to their business..

If you see the car you want in their listings, don't think about the many miles to Middlesborough, far better to go the extra mile in certain knowledge of fair treatment and most excellent customer service.

Alan is a fantastic guy and totally genuine,sorted out a car for my son who's over the moon with it ,so we returned to buy a second car two weeks later for my wife, after a week we had a small problem with my wife's car,I called Alan he collected the car and left a courtesy car for her ,the problem was sorted very quickly and the car was returned the same day, fantastic service,we as a family totally trust Alan and magnificent motors thanks Alan.

I purchased a car through Alan on the 12th March and what a fantastic experience this was my 1st car that I purchased since I was 18 so I was a little unsure but with brilliant service Alan helped me out and made the purchase effortless, since I live i Bradford and the car was in Middlesbrough so kindly Alan decided to drive the car down and meet me to finish the sale of the vehicle. The car was supplied with a 6 month warranty and Alan said if you have any problems then contact me, I have had the car several months now and unfortunately had a slight issue with it going into 1st so I contacted Alan to see what I was to do with the warranty and within a matter of days the car was fixed sorted by the warranty and I was back on the road absolutely fantastic service thank you very much for everything would 100% recommend buying a car from magnificent motors
